What are the international taxes/duties etc that I may have to pay?

Any outstanding import duties, clearance or brokerage fees, and any other additional charges must be paid on delivery of your order. Please check the email you used to purchase your items as customs normally use this to contact you regarding these extra charges. 21 DW Desgin can not predict what these charges may be and they are the full responsibility of the customer to clear for delivery. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

 When will I receive my order?

Please allow 3-7 working days for processing your order, and up to two weeks for delivery depending on location and local postal service used.

What do I do if I never receive my order?

If you have not received you order after three weeks please get in contact with us by emailing hello@21dwdesign.com. We will resolve each issue on a case by case basis.

What do I do if I received a defective order?

Keep your receipt, take photos of the damaged item, and email us at hello@21dwdesign.com with the photos and a description of how the item was delivered. We will resolve each issue on a case by case basis.

How can I make changes to an order I have already placed?

Once the order is processed and sent to print, we cannot change the order. So it would be in your best interest to contact within 24hrs at hello@21dwdesign.com and let us know what changes you would like to make. We will then be able to change your order. After 24hrs it is more than likely gone to print and cannot be changed. Please note in some cases this may delay delivery date from the initial expected delivery date.

How are your products made/ where do your product materials come from?

Our Clothing is at present printed in France. We use  STANLEY/STELLA garments, which are made primarily in Asia (Bangladesh, China). The factories  all meet the most stringent safety criteria and are chosen based on their compliance with working conditions requirements in line with our commitment to the Fair Wear Foundation.

How do I make sure I order the right size?

Please take the time to look at our product measurments in the product description. Then you can determin the best size for you.
